Drumstick leaves soup

 Try this soothing and comforting drumstick leaves soup. A must try soup in winter. We always go with soups in winter, because it gives refreshing energy and a warm drink in winter is a satisfying one. 

Drumstick soup, which is healthy and iron rich also good for kids above 2 years. We consume it at least twice a week. 

In winter, every morning my mom will cook the drumstick leaves in water and will strain the water and will give it as a morning drink. We all Will scatter after seeing this drink, because it will not be tasty to have. So I have prepared it in the form of soup and it came good. Everyone loved it and my LO also drank it well.

How to make drumstick leaves soup

1. Here comes the main ingredients for the soup. 



2. Wash drumstick leaves and cook with enough water for the soup. 


3. Heat oil in pan add in crushed cumin and pepper, along with a green chili and crushed ginger, garlic, 2 onion shallots for flavour. Saute till nice aroma comes. 


4. Add in chopped shallots, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala , all 1 tsp and saute till onion is cooked. 


5. Add chopped tomatoes 2, saute till it is mushy. 



7. Finally add the cooked drumstick leaves along with water. I slightly filter the leaves. Then add required salt. Generally add less salt for drumstick leaves soup. 


8. Here's the soup, taste it and enjoy it.
