vegetable kuruma

I was trying to cook something nutritional and tasty and came up with vegetable kuruma for chapati.
It came up well and all in my family liked most, so try it and comment how it came for you.
Let's get in to cook.
Step by step with pictures, 
1. Slice medium sized onions finely choped - 2 no.
2. Tomato medium sized finely chopped - 2 no.
3. Ginger garlic paste - 3 tblspn 
4. Cut vegetables of your wish and keep it ready.
5. For grinding,  use 1 medium coconut grated, roasted Bengal gram 11/2 tblspn, fennel seeds 1/2 tsp, poppy seeds 1/2tsp, cinnamon small size and 1 clove
6. Grind well like below,
7. Keep spices ready
8. Add oil in a pan and add in spices
9. Then add onion and tomato 🍅 and Ginger garlic paste and saute well.
10. After it cooked well add in coriander,  cumin, chilli powder and turmeric powder and saute it for 2 minutes. 
11. Then add in vegetables and cook it for 10 minutes covered.
12. Then add the grounded coconut paste 
13. Add required water and cover and cook, until it is cooked well.
14. Lastly add in some coriander and mint leaves chopped finely and serve with chapati.
